YMCA of the Palm Beaches Welcomes New Director of Philanthropy

YMCA of the Palm Beaches has announced the addition of Natalie Beck to its leadership team. Beck will serve as the organization’s Director of Philanthropy, overseeing development, fundraising initiatives, and donor relations.

Beck is a career fundraising and non-profit development professional who has a passion for making an impact in Palm Beach County. She previously served as Director of Development for the Armory Art Center where she led all fundraising initiatives. Beck has also had development roles at Palm Beach Opera and the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County.

Beck has a master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Science in Dance and Arts Administration from Butler University.

“Natalie’s in-depth knowledge of our community and successful track record in the non-profit space perfectly complements the YMCA’s mission to serve our community, particularly as we expand our services throughout the county,” said Tim Coffield, President and CEO of YMCA of the Palm Beaches. “We are thrilled to welcome her to our team.”
