As South Florida temperatures rise to near record-breaking levels, the YMCA of the Palm Beaches reminds everyone to stay hydrated and safe around water this summer. The YMCA/ Gleneagles Country Club Aquatic Center, located at 2728 Lake Worth Road, is the perfect place to beat the heat. Enjoy open pool time, aquatic aerobics, and swim programs for every member of the family.

When you join the Y, you also have unlimited access to all programs and facilities, including the temperature-controlled pool that features a twenty-five-yard, extra-wide lap lanes, adaptive swimming equipment, and generous poolside seating. With UV indexes as high as 12 and temperatures in the 90s, a daily dip could be just what the doctor ordered!

All programs and activities are designed to help participants build a positive, healthy lifestyle. 

All YMCA of the Palm Beaches’ memberships include:

            • Access to the Y’s fitness facility/gym (located across the street on the campus of Palm Beach State College)

            • Use of the YMCA/Gleneagles Aquatic Center pool and amenities

            • Group exercise classes and programs, including aqua aerobics
