Yakitori Sushi House Features New Sushi Appetizer for National Sushi Day

South Florida-based Unisolo restaurant group’s newest brand, Yakitori Sushi House, in west Delray Beach will feature the Maguro truffle sushi appetizer for National Sushi Day on June 18. The dish includes tuna, bubu arare, shitake cream, balsamic truffle soy and serrano peppers ($18) and is presented under a glass cover that, when raised, smoke is released. It’s a real showstopper!

Yakitori Sushi House is the fifth concept by hospitality veterans Tina Wang and Chef Jason Zheng, owners of the popular Coco Sushi Lounge and Bar in Delray Beach, and Saiko-i Lounge and Hibachi in Boca Raton, among others.

Yakitori Sushi House is in the Tuscany Shoppes in west Delray Beach and has quickly become a popular dining destination for those seeking authentic Japanese cuisine. The restaurant features items from the robata grill, soups, salads, hot and cold appetizers, sushi, nigiri and sashimi, classic rolls and hand rolls, signature rolls, entrees, stir fry’s and fried rice.
