In partnership with XO, Slate Aviation®, will launch per-seat private shuttle service to Nantucket (ACK) from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) and New York, including HPN and other member-only terminals, from April 26 through September 30.  Introductory fares for the luxury shared private shuttle service to Nantucket will start at $695. On November 9, unleash your inner Ariel during mermaid training at Hilton West Palm Beach.

Hit the pool and learn how to become an aquatic princess with Vero Beach Mermaid! Led by world-famous PADI mermaiden, Brandee Anthony, the immersive, 60-minute class will teach kids and adults how to safely swim, kick, dive, and tread water gracefully while wearing a colorful mermaid tail and monofin. The fun-filled day will end with a mermaid photoshoot. We think Poseidon would approve.

Two sessions are offered at 9am and 10:15am.

Session 1: "Discover Mermaid" is open to kids ages 6 to 9.

Session 2: "Basic Mermaid" is open to adults and kids ages 10 and up.

Cost is $75 for Session 1; $155 for Session 2.

Tuck into a happy Thanksgiving, November 28, at Galley in West Palm Beach. Located inside Hilton West Palm Beach, the popular steak and seafood restaurant and executive chef Miguel Santiago will present a three-course prix fixe menu including a fork-dueling dessert that will have your sweet tooth feeling extra grateful.

 

Thanksgiving prix fixe menu:

APPETIZER

(Choice of one)

Butternut Squash Bisque

Spicy roasted pepitas, chive cream fraiche, green pumpkin seed oil

Grilled Peach Salad

Frizee, arugula, roasted kombucha, spicy pickled onions,

goat cheese, cranberry dressing

ENTRÉE

Turkey Breast Roulade

Dark meat stuffing, cranberry thyme orange sauce,

sweet potato pave, haricot verts, sliced toasted almonds,

crispy shallots, cornbread

DESSERT

Gooey Pumpkin Pie
