Father’s Day at The Seagate Hotel & Spa in Delray Beach

This Father’s Day, The Seagate Hotel & Spa invites dads to take a break from grill duty and enjoy mouth-watering gastronomy at The Seagate Hotel & Spa.

Tucked inside the venerable Delray Beach hotel, the Atlantic Grille and its executive chef Glenn Rogers will host a sumptuous à la carte brunch featuring favorites like Cajun fish tacos ($25), fried chicken & waffle ($24), pillowy soft blueberry and lemon ricotta pancakes with cream cheese frosting ($22) or try the “special” Steak and Eggs ($26) with juicy skirt steak hash and a perfectly fried egg. In addition to the restaurant’s à la carte dinner offerings, barbecue lovers can spoil themselves with a 24 oz. bone-in Cowboy Steak ($85) with potato purée and grilled asparagus. Finish with a decadent key lime tart and vanilla bean ice cream ($12), hazelnut dark chocolate mousse bar ($14), or a thick slice of piña colada cake and toasted coconut ice cream ($14).

All dads will receive a complimentary Funky Buddha Floridian beer cocktail during brunch and dinner on Father’s Day.

Funky Buddha Floridian Beer Cocktail

4 oz. Funky Buddha Floridian Beer

1 oz. lemon juice

½ oz. ginger beer

½ oz. bourbon

½ oz. honey syrup

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and stir. Pour into a beer can and garnish with fresh mint and lemon. Enjoy!

Father’s Day Brunch hours are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dinner hours are 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
