Nominees Announced for Junior League’s Annual Woman Volunteer of the Year

The Junior League of Boca Raton (JLBR) announced the 50 nominees for the 36th annual Woman Volunteer at the kick-off event on Wednesday, September 13th. Over 100 guests gathered at Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wealth Institute for an event catered to celebrate the nominees and their dedication to serving the community. The kick-off was hosted by the Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation and Christine E. Lynn Women’s Health & Wellness Institute.

The 49 local women have been nominated by nonprofits throughout South Florida as a top volunteer to be considered for Woman Volunteer of the Year at the official luncheon on Nov. 10th. The luncheon will be held at The Boca Raton, 501 E Camino Real, Boca Raton.

The Woman Volunteer of the Year Luncheon celebrates outstanding women in the community nominated by nonprofit organizations throughout Palm Beach County and Northern Broward County for their dedication and expertise as volunteers, as well as the work they do to further the missions of the organizations they serve. Proceeds benefit the Junior League of Boca Raton.
