Josie’s Ristorante, the family-owned Italian favorite located in East Boynton Beach, has unveiled a reimagined brunch menu, curated by renown Chef Mark Militello. Josie’s new brunch menu is available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Chef Militello’s brunch menu includes a list of inviting starters, such as House Made Granola ($12), with Greek yogurt and mixed berry jam; and Maple and Black Pepper Bacon Steaks, served with a Cipollini onion sauce ($12).

Brunch entrees include several egg and omelet options, including Eggs Benedict ($16), complete with an English muffin, old bay hollandaise and a side of crispy potatoes, with an option to add crab or lobster (additional $5). The new menu also offers an assortment of waffles and toasts, such as the Waffle Your Way ($14), a choice of a blueberry or plain waffle, served with a side of two freshly scrambled eggs and bacon; and the Avocado Toast ($14), with Artisan bread, poached eggs, cheddar cheese, spinach, charcoaled tomato and corn relish. Salads and sandwiches, like The Brown Derby Cobb Salad ($18), complete with grilled chicken, tomatoes, avocado, smoked bacon, blue cheese, olives and cherry tomatoes; or the Toasted Maine Lobster Croissant Sandwich ($24), loaded with egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, celery, and mayonnaise and served with a side of fruit, are also available.

During brunch hours, Josie’s will offer its signature Bottomless Mimosas ($12) and Bottomless Bloody Mary’s ($12).

Josie’s Ristorante, the family-owned Italian favorite located in East Boynton Beach, will offer an elaborate Christmas Eve special, a holiday gift card promotion, and more this December.

This Christmas Eve, Josie’s will offer the Seven Fishes Feast ($80). The special, which serves two, will be available during dinner hours, from 4 to 10 p.m. The Seven Fishes Feast features clams, mussels, calamari, shrimp, octopus, scallops, and king crab in a Calabrian chili marinara sauce, served over a bed of house made linguini. Josie’s Ristorante will be closed on Christmas Day.

Additionally, from now through December 31, Josie’s will run a holiday gift card promotion, in which guests will get a $10 bonus on each gift card purchase over $50.

This month, Josie’s will also offer three of its signature specials: Meatball and Martini Monday, Wine and Warrior Wednesday, and Bottomless Brunch.

On each Monday of December, Josie’s will offer Meatball and Martini Monday, in which customers can enjoy $3 meatballs and $4 off Watermelon, Limoncello, and Dirty Martinis.

On each Wednesday, Wine and Warrior Wednesday will provide 20% off wine bottles under $80 and 25% off one entrée for active duty and veteran military members.

Additionally, on Saturdays and Sundays during brunch hours, 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., guests can enjoy $12 bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s.

Josie’s Ristorante, the family-owned Italian favorite located in Boynton Beach, has announced its October specials.

During the month of October, Josie’s will offer an extension on their weekly Warrior Wednesday, in honor of National First Responders Day on October 28. On Warrior Wednesday, active duty, veteran military members, and now, first responders (Fire, Police, and EMT), receive 25% one entrée.

Additional October promotions are as follows:

On Meatball & Martini Monday, customers can enjoy $3 meatballs and $4 off Watermelon, Limoncello, and Dirty Martinis.

Josie’s will offer Takeout Tuesday, in which take out entrees are 25% off, and BOGO Thursday, in which take out entrees are buy one get one 50% off, until October 17.

In addition to the Wine special, Josie’s will offer its Pizza Special and Wine Special on Wednesdays. Every Wednesday in October, customers can enjoy $12.99 large pizzas all day long (value $19.75). Toppings subject to additional charge. Additionally, customers can enjoy 20% off all wine bottles under $80.

The Saturday Brunch Promotion, in which guests can enjoy one $5 appetizer with the purchase of two or more full priced brunch entrees, is also available throughout the month. Appetizer options include Shrimp Bada Bing ($15 value), traditional Calamari ($15 value), and the Prime Short Rib Meatball ($9 value).

The Lunch Wine Special provides customers with a complimentary bottle of house wine when they spend $40 or more during lunch. This promotion is available Monday to Friday from 11am to 4pm throughout the month of October.

Promotions and specials are available through October 31, apart from Takeout Tuesday and BOGO Tuesday, which are available through October 17. Each offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Other exclusions may apply.
