American Craft Aleworks wants to toast pop on his special day! The new brewery and gastropub will host a decadent brunch, featuring chicken and cinnamon spiced stout waffles, beer battered fish & chips, pulled pork Benedict, and the Brunch Burger, a meaty masterpiece topped with smoked cheddar cheese, bacon, arugula and a sunny side up egg. Dinner, which includes a complimentary brew for dad, showcases culinary standouts like a smoked half chicken, steak frites, seared scallops, or the fork-tender bone in pork chop served with sweet potatoes, collard greens and smoked apple butter. End on a sweet note with a thick slice of chocolate pie or pecan pie cheesecake.
