Executive chef Jordan Stilley wants you to eat more fruit. The acclaimed chef of City Oyster & Sushi Bar in Delray Beach has recently rolled out new fruit-friendly desserts that are the perfect ending to any gastronomic celebration.
Inspired by Japan’s soufflé-style confections, Chef Stilley’s Japanese Cloud Cheesecake ($11) is a melt-in-your-mouth showstopper featuring lychee fruit, mango, fresh mint, and mango coulis.
When City Oyster patrons kept begging for cream pie, Stilley turned the popular Individual Banana Cream Pie ($12.50) special into a full-time favorite. The vertical masterpiece is loaded with brûléed bananas, fresh cream, and a rich caramel sauce.
