III Forks

This holiday weekend, III Forks is offering a traditional and delicious 3-course Easter Dinner. The first course includes a choice of salad, followed by one of three delicious entrées. Choices include roasted tenderloin in roasted shallot thyme veal demi-glace, a double-cut herb crusted lamb chop, or an airline chicken paillard with oyster mushroom and smoked bacon veloute. Rounding out the egg-cellent meal is dessert; a choice between the Texas pecan cake, or chef’s own chosen chocolate dessert. As if this deal wasn’t sweet enough, adults are priced at $48, while children under 12 are $17. Guests will also have the opportunity to dine off the regular menu.
