“Inspiration for our new summer menu comes from the colors of summer and sweet memories of summer trips. Every nuance, color, and flavor layer is very pronounced, like summer itself,” Chef Goldstein said. “All the new dishes are light and very aromatic. Vegetables, spices, aromatic herbs, tangy yogurt sauces, fresh pesto dressing, original mixes of spicy and fruity salsas, quick grilled fish, salty anchovies and capers, quick grilled fish, Mediterranean olives, fresh lemons and mint and innovative delicious desserts pizzas are all part of this summer celebration of the good life,” Goldstein added. Mozart Café is a kosher dairy restaurant under the supervision of Cholov Yisrael, Pas Yisrael and Bishul Yisrael.  The restaurant prides itself on providing healthy, delicious foods from pasta with chunky marinara sauce to succulent mahi mahi.  Featuring homemade breads and authentic recipes, along with a Mediterranean feel, the restaurant focuses on healthy dishes and family oriented dining.    Mozart Café is located at 7300 West Camino Real in Boca Raton.  For more information, call 561-367-3412 or visit www.mozartcafefl.com .
